How we work, what we charge and what we do not do.
What does Westbrook Growth Partners do?
We are an independent IT consulting firm. We advise small and mid-sized businesses on technology strategy, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation and IT project delivery. Our revenue comes exclusively from consulting fees paid by our clients.
Do you provide financial or investment services?
No. Despite the word “growth” in our name, we do not provide investment, financial, fundraising, brokerage or accounting services. We do not hold or manage client money. Our work is limited to information technology consulting.
Are you tied to any software vendor?
No. We are vendor-neutral and do not take commissions from software or hardware suppliers. Our recommendations are based only on what fits your business.
How are your services billed?
Fixed-fee projects are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Day-rate work is invoiced monthly in arrears. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely for clients in Europe, the United Kingdom and North America. On-site visits can be arranged and travel costs are agreed in advance.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before any detailed discussion if you request one, and confidentiality is part of our standard terms.
